  • For the Bread Bowls:
  • 4 small round sourdough bread loaves

  • Olive oil or butter, for brushing

Directions

  • Add broccoli florets and broth, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
